As a not for profit organisation every penny we make is ploughed back to improve
the business.
About Commonwheels Commonwheels provides cars, which can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can book a car over the phone or through our website, for a minimum of half an hour up to however long you need it. One car has already been placed at Cemetery Junction. The emphasis is on the 'working' rather than 'party' but it should leave you with a nice warm feeling.
We have two projects on the go, the Sun St Community Garden and Kennetmouth Green Space.
Most of the tasks don't require strength but usually require sensible shoes, tough clothes and a smile; I would also recommend a hat. The Community Garden will be planted and maintained by youth groups at Sun St Centre - we are helping them get started. The Kennetmouth Green Space was created about 1999 and is maturing, it needs some clearing and a new 'living fence'. We also desperately need people to tell us that we've missed a bit.
